Richard T. Hardaway AIA
Dick founded Hardaway Associates in 1976. From 1972 to 1976 he was Chief Architect for National Medical Care, completing over 40 dialysis clinics, a variety of hospital and mental health projects, an office building, and a factory for medical products. Prior to that he had positions with several well known architectural firms. He holds degrees from Amherst College and M.I.T., and has received a number of design awards.
Joseph Sziabowski, AIA
Joe is a registered architect with over 20 years of experience in the health care, academic, residential, and commercial sectors. Most recently he has concentrated on designing a variety of outpatient health care facilities. He graduated first in his architecture class at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1988 with numerous honors and degrees in Building Sciences and Architecture. He is a Trustee of the Rensselaer Alumni Association, a Director of the Lyceum Fellowship Foundation, and is a member of the planning board in his hometown of Sudbury, Massachusetts.
Robert H. De Vries, AIA
Prior to joining Hardaway in 1997, Rob was a Principal of a major firm specializing in health care design. His hospital work has been honored with design awards, and has been published in major architectural journals. He has long been active in civic affairs in the town of Brookline. After receiving his architectural degree from the University of Michigan he served in the U.S. Navy Civil Engineer Corps.
